My experience with TK Electricians have been extremely pleasant. Spoke and communicated with Imrul, the Electrical... Manager, and I find him to be a professional and extremely responsive in his replies to my queries. 2 technicians came down to initially fix and resolve the issue with my kitchen and service yard light. They came down again today to change both lights to LED lighting. They displayed great urgency, expertise and professionalism. Trustworthy company & the employees are always working hard to delight their customers. My new house with meter... relocation, electrical re-wiring & electrical appliances (fan, oven, induction cooker, etc) installation were all done by Imrul, Sumon, Masud & his people. I am so thankful that I found TK Electricians, after calling 4 other contractors to install a round pin 15A socket and... repair toilet light. Sumon and Yakoob were so polite and knowledgeable. The quality of work is really good with very reasonable pricing. They covered my carpet and other stuff in my living room with large plastic sheets and cleaned up my place properly after doing the work. I am really impressed and happy with their services. Imrul and team did a great job and knows their work well. Compared with the other electrician that came for quote, TK... Electricians are willing and able to do all preferred requests, note some other electrician will try to give some caveat or change position of switch citing it is more doable than my preference. It shows the difference and level of professionalism and skill. TK Electrician also gave reasonable quote. Just note to do midpoint check to ensure they have not missed anything out. 3yrs ago , we bought our resale property and for the reno works, we engaged TK for the electrical part (re-wire / run... wires for parts of our house where possible since it was an old condo unit, create new elect. points, and installation of light point and lightings), as he provided a reasonable quote out of a few companies we checked. To be honest, I am a demanding customer but my experience with TK & his team (especially Imrul) had been good with reasonable response time and follow up action.Early this morning, our circuit tripped at 130am, a random 24hr electrician came but didnt resolve the issue, our circuit tripped multiple times again at 4+am. The 24hr electrician grossly over charged us and didnt even come down again when our circuit tripped at 4+am. My husband closed off some circuit points and we held out till morning. We engaged TK's help. Imrul came over in less than an hour since he was around our place and did 2hr thorough checks for every points and finally managed to isolate the issue for us. Today we are very grateful for TK's responsive service although we are no longer under his warranty coverage period. TK's number is a good handy contact to keep for all your electrical issues.read more

To start, Mr Sng is patient to explain to me all... details i need to make the right decision on electrical works, testing & choosing the right electrical partner. When the electrical works start, his team is very professional. Imrul and Sumon care for the nitty gritty details overlooked by owners. They also care to explain to a layman like me who know nothing on the technical aspects of electrical works (eg i raised some concerns here and there and they were patient to address my concerns professionally). They were cooperative, easy to work with. I can sense they feel for the owners when the owners have an issue and will try their best to help resolve. I can see their hardworking spirits at work. I am extremely pleased with TK's team, particularly Imrul and Sumon. To start, Mr Sng is patient to explain to me all... details i need to make the right decision on electrical works, testing & choosing the right electrical partner. When the electrical works start, his team is very professional. Imrul and Sumon care for the nitty gritty details overlooked by owners. They also care to explain to a layman like me who know nothing on the technical aspects of electrical works (eg i raised some concerns here and there and they were patient to address my concerns professionally). They were cooperative, easy to work with. I can sense they feel for the owners when the owners have an issue and will try their best to help resolve. I can see their hardworking spirits at work. Hands on, Sumon is great worker. He thinks from the owner's perspective and give good suggestions to also resolve issues.I am so glad that I have chosen TK for my electrical works. No headache. Electrical team was efficient and competent. They helped me relocate my distribution board and install new cat 6a data... points for every room which they terminated properly at a central server rack. The heater high current connections were also done professionally using correctly rated connectors. Air con isolator switches were also installed properly. They are truly amazing. Rare to find an electrician who's on call 24/7 and doesn't whine or complain or extort extra... fees. They always give 110% and quite knowledgeable esp with smart switches and lights. One of the switched spoiled many months after they fixed. They came by for a free repair as it was a simple fix. I am just doing some minor rework at my house, had asked around but nobody wants to do the job due to very small scope.
